Many: The american college of rheumatology has developed classification criteria to allow investigators to group specific findings but these are not diagnostic criteria. These include certain rashes, internal involvement in such organs as the lungs, heart and kidneys, polyarthritis and certain lab studies such as a + ana. People lupus have a lot more than these findings but each person differs.
