What medication would you recommend for raynaud's syndrome? would gabapentin help?

Vasodilating drugs : Drugs that dilate blood vessels help the most. This conclude s calcium channel blockers, nitroglycerin and even Viagra-like drugs help. Gabapentin may help nerve pain but wont help the circulation. General measures are also useful including keeping warm and avoiding TOBACCO!

Raynaud's: I do not have any experience with Gabapentin for this disease which is due to vasodilatation of the peripheral vessels. This results in blue, painful cold digits. It is exacerbated by nicotine. In my experience calcium channel blockers such as verapamil work well, the sustained release can be used once a day.
