Raynaud's: The best treatment of raynauds is avoidance for the precipitating factors and keeping the hands/feet warm. I fthis is insuficent then the calcium channel blcokers amlodipine or nifedipine are the perferred treatment agents

Not one clearly best: There are many different medications that can be utilized, and the choice of which one may be "best" depends on the patient and other existing medical problems - even then every patient can respond differently.
