Abdominal Pain: Abdominal aneurysm are usually painless unless they start dissecting/rupturing. In your case being 32, it is unlikely YET possible. A physical exam in addition to ultrasound would help calm your nerves. It would not be wise to give a recommendation through healthtap. Can it be an aneurysm? Yes Is it likely? No. Unless you have connective tissue disease Can I wait? PCP who knows you should answer
