Not an aneurysm: This is not the area that one would experience pin with and aneurysm and you are much too young to worry about one. Things that might present with pain in this area at your age include a hernia,appendicitis or ovarian pain such as pain experienced with ovulation at mid cycle

Exam: You are quite young for an aortic or abdominal aortic aneurysm. Have the pulsation checked by your physician. Obtain and abdominal ultrasound if this is suggestive of aneurysm - doubtful at your age; however, must be checked and examined.
