Musculoskeletal: You are a young man and unless you have significant cardiovascular congenital history (being born with structural anomalies) or family history it would be rare for this to be coming from your heart. This sounds more likely as musculoskeletal. In cases of MSK pain NSAIDs are usually prescribed. Maybe you exercised in a wrong way, slept in a bad position. Forgive typos. Hope you feel better
