Chest pains: Regardless, could be only muscle pain. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP or a cardiologist is warranted. Ask your physician to reevaluate your condition. Take care.

Stabbing pain: You may have side pain or side stich which is a short, sharp pain under the rib cage. It is benign and its cause is unknown. Ibuprofen is usually helpful
