Probably benign: If you had them for years and you are still ok, these lumps may represent benign cysts or soft tissue tumors. It is time to have them biopsied perhaps first with a quick minimally invasive Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA)

Enlarged node: It's important to have this worked up. Your doctor may suggest an FNA (fine needle aspirate) or a needle biopsy. Either would be submitted to a pathologist for examination. See your doctor and start the workup.
