Three physicians have examined you (I hope ENTs) and all have ruled out cancer. What is the diagnosis for your symptoms? What did they tell you is the cause and what treatment is indicated? At your age anything is possible if you have a history of unhealthy habits. Your past activities are all per-cancerous and you should see an oncologist[cancer specialist]. A proper diagnosis and biopsy is needed by a specialist, NOW. Oral cancer is a result of cigs, snuff, and vaping, STOP.
