Watch for symptoms.: Slight headache and pain is common after an injury like this. However I would prefer you and somebody close to you watch for the following signs for first 24 hours after injury:- Persistent headache, vomiting, drowsiness or altered state of consciousness, weakness of arms or legs, and blurriness of vision. If these symptoms do not appear in 24 hrs. you should be safe.
