Growth: At age 20 it is extremely rare to respond to treatment for short stature unless there is delayed bone age by many years that allows growth hormone treatment to be effective.

Accept your size: At 20 your growth centers are most likely closed & no further growth is likely. If growth centers are open (xray of hand can tell) you might grow more but at 20 this is unlikely. There is no magic med, hormone, exercise or diet to grow taller. Taller kids have taller parents.
