Worried about what ?: If the exposure transferred rabies you would have died long ago, if tetanus you would have died or recovered.There are many other things you are likely to need to focus you attention on now.A 7 yr old cat bite is not one of them.

No need to worry: Plenty of time has passed since the cat bite that you do not need to worry. There is no need to get a vaccination now since the bit happened many years ago. You should, however, check with your doctor to make sure all your vaccinations are up to date. That way, if you are exposed to certain microorganisms in the future, you'll already be protected.
