Not sure I get it...: Are you saying that your mom has blood & protein in the urine? And one kidney is bigger than the other? Have your mom ask the questions to us. We can't really discuss other patients' info to third parties. In meantime, those are all very common findings for lots of different kinds of issues of varying concern. Let your mom & her docs take the lead...they'll answer your questions as best they can.
