Depends: When do you go to bed? 8:30pm or 1am? Are you diabetic? Have you had an upset stomach after eating then lying down? Are you eating pizza, chili peppers or graham crackers? Do you know you have gastric reflux, or not? There is a saying - not sure how evidence-based it is - to not eat after 6pm if you want to lose weight. So, basically, it's your call. Do what works for you to ensure you sleep well.
