NO: No Common for pulses to vary in strength peripherally .. as long as there is one you're COOL !

No, not to worry: Being able to detect a pulse by applying pressure over an artery requires the artery to be quite superficial and easy to feel under the skin. Not everybody's artery is in a location that makes it easy to feel, whether that is at the neck, wrist or groin. As long as you are conscious and can feel a good pulse somewhere, you are good to go!
