May be normal: USUALLY PULSATION WILL BE ON BOTH WRISTS.BUT IT MAY BE NORMAL IF YOU HAVE HAD IT CHECKED BY YOUR DOCTOR.IF NOT LET HIM CHECK WHY YOU FEEL IT ONLY IN LEFT WRIST.IT IS NOT RELATED TO PINCH NERVE
