Perimenopausal : The difference between your top and bottom numbers on your blood pressure makes me concerned that you're not getting an accurate reading, but it's not uncommon for pressure to be low first thing in the morning and the pulse may be up slightly just from you getting up, the fact it returns to normal is reassuring, and unlikely has no relation to your perimenopausal status
