Wondering about heart rate. when sitting/lying down it can drop as low as 52-54, walking around it can hit 100. exercising up to 170. is this normal?

Normal 50-100: Normal heart rate is 50-100. Certainly HR will increase with vigorous exercise but 170 could be problematic. How good of shape you're in could effect both your resting and during exercise heart rate
