Depends: If there is no bleeding and no increase in pain or fever, don't worry. If you have bleeding that is not extreme or not controlled by pressure, or fever, or increasing pain, call dentist or get seen by your doc or at an UC. Don't smoke, which increases the risk of a "dry socket."
