No: No. At one week should be no problem. If serious pain starts - dry socket. Then see dentist.

Post extraction care: After one week I would think that the extraction site should be fine. Try to keep any food from getting packed in the socket. If you develop more pain after a week, you may want to have the doc that did the extraction evaluate the area.
