Do not drink: it is not good for the baby for any alcohol exposure, depends your metabolism, alchol may stay in you body for a long time, one glass of wine or a beer for a special occasion if fine if you pump and dump for 12hr, please do not drink regularly when you breast feeding, very bad for baby brain

Yes, OK to drink: but caution is always recommended regarding drinking responsibly, especially if you will continue to be caretaker of your infant.
