Depending: on the technical parameters of the CT scan, the pancreas may have already been adequately assessed for the presence of a mass. Talk to your doctor about it.

No: Your gatroenterologist may do a retrograde study of your pancreatic and common bile ducts. If there are still no findings, and you're not jaundiced, stop this stuff. Have you been checked for celiac disease, Whipple's, very mild Crohn's?
