My c.a.t scan shows i have an ovarian cyst and gallstones. which issue should i take care of first? do i have to remove my gallbladder?

Not necessarily: The ovarian cyst should resolve on it's own, and is not likely to need intervention. The gallstones and gallbladder only need removed if they are causing symptoms, and inflammation of the gallbladder. Many people are walking around with gallstones, and don't know it.
