Botox & Thyroid: Botox is injected superficially. Hyperthyroidism or thyroid nodular cysts resulting from Botox injections have never been reported. I recommend you check your thyroid function with your primary care provider or endocrinologist

No it can't: the neuromodulator temporarily stops release of neurotransmitters to weaken muscles and will go away
