Suggest: A PEG tube is a significant undertaking and may or may not be in YOUR best interest. Sounds like you desperately need a second or third opinion. Go to a nearby medical school and see a gastroenterologist.

Depends : If you have a video swallow and swallowing evaluation that show aspirations with all solid and liquid consistency then enteral feeding will be indicated especially with frequent aspiration pneumonia
