Depends: Percocet and valium should only be taken under the recommendation/supervison of a physician. The reaction to these medications varies with each patients dose, tolerance and liver/kidney function. In high doses they may cause respiratory depression and death.

Maybe: They can act together for some potentially bad effect on your brain and breathing, but some people have taken them together. I would only take those medications together under a doctor's care.
