M,w,f i take 3 20mg adderallxr in the am spaced out an hr apart. at night i take 1 5mg percocet, 3mg lunesta, flexeril & 5mg valium. is this ok?

WHY?: Why are you taking all of these medications?! Also that is a lot of Adderall XR, and it's extended-release so you shouldn't have to space it an hour apart per pill But to answer your question, no it's not ok.
