Yes: Three medications (non-opiate pain pills) are approved for fibromyalgia. In my opinion, fibromyalgia treatment via lifestyle changes: weight loss if obese & general musculoskeletal reconditiong via aquatherapy, walks, gentle yoga, tai chi, & biofeedback. Cannabis helpful with pain, sleep, & depression. Mindfulness therapies help attitudes. Study sacroiliac joint belts if having low back pain.
