Possibly: There are genetics involved but it is not as simple as looking for one gene mutation on a blood test so worrying about it if you already have a child is not productive. Instead recognize that environment can have impact on underlying genetic susceptibility and intervene there. Provide a healthy diet free of dyes and chemical, limit television and all electronics, and encourage physical activity.
