Sure: If they are functioning at a high enough level with their Asperger's syndrome, there is no reason why they can't drive.

Of couse: There are many highly functional people with these diagnoses that have good driving skills. It depends on degree of these conditions and impact on individual. Its important to have objective assessment of driving, but may be fine
