Possible: Autism rates are increased when there is a family history. It is common for many people to have parts of it - anxiety, language delay, etc. When all the parts are there, we call it an autism spectrum disorder.

Not much more likely: If truly the biological parents are not having these syndromes then the chances are only slightly above the general population if at all.
