A member asked:

Had 2 miscarriages since my last rhogam shot think i may be preg again do i need the shot or is it too late?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: You should be evaluated for the need for Rhogam anytime you bleed during a pregnancy. At this time, you need to have a test for Rh antibodies that is standard with your first OB labs. If it is negative, you would only need Rhogam in early pregnancy if you bleed. You would then get a Rhogam shot at about 28 weeks routinely. See your OB.
