Sore throats : That is hard to assess without more information. Recurrent sore throat‘s can be related to tonsil problems, acid reflux problems, immune system dysfunction, tobacco abuse, secondhand tobacco exposure, dietary intolerances, allergies, and a multitude of other things. To best help you, more information would be needed. Other than that, you should discuss with an ENT surgeon.
