When i start exercising regularly i get a sore throats. i take echinacea and it goes by the next morning. only to return in a week or so if exercising?

Sore throat: Drink plenty of electrolytes when you exercise. The throat is a very sensitive part of the body, anxiety with throat discomfort are very common. See an ENT doctor to r/o acid reflux.
