A member asked:

Why does fentanyl not give any euphoria, unlike other opiates?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It can: Every one responds differently to different opioids. Fentanyl usually does cause the same euphoria that other opioids do. dose can have an impact, as can chronic use of opioids. Fentanyl's primary purpose is analgesia and is highly addictive and potentially dangerous if misused.. No opioids should be taken for their side effects
