Not a pure opiate: Some drug screens may not test for fentanyl. Synthetic and semisynthetic opioids can sometimes be missed if not specifically looked for. These tests are almost alway accurate but the provider has to test for the specific med. Urine, hair or saliva are the best ways to test. Blood can sometimes be falsely negative.
