A member asked:

Why do my eyes have a yellowish color in the white part of my eyes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pingueculum: You are probably seeing your pingueculum - a normal growth of eyes as a protection against wind, dust and uv light. If the yellow is a deposit on either side of the pupil (actually the cornea) then it is a pingueculum. Some have natural deposits on the white of the eye which can look yellowish - usually in more pigmented individuals.
