A member asked:

What does it mean when you have a little bit of yellow in the white part of your eyes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pinguecula: You are probably seeing a normal growth called the pinguecula. These are located next to the cornea (the colored part of the eye), on the nasal and lateral side. They are the eye's callous like the thickening on the palms which protects the eye from wind, dust and irritants. Almost all people have them but they vary in size and thickness.
