Not finished w polio: Polio has been on the radar of health authorities for some time. It may have been a 'mistake' according to some, since it's so hard to eradicate permanently. Small pox eradication was much easier. A new candidate for eradication might be measles - since it's a human only disease and can be 'spotted' quite literally to help wipe it out. Someday!
