A member asked:

Which is more severe: a cervical polyp or myoma uteri?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Benign conditions: Cervical polyps and uterine fibroids (myoma) are both benign conditions that do not need to be treated, unless they cause suffering to the individual. Cervical polyps are typically more easily to be removed than fibroids, i.e., many times it can be done in the office.
