Several drugs do so: Several standard antiretroviral (i.e. anti-HIV) drugs are effective both in preventing HIV transmission by infected persons and in protecting uninfected people who have been exposed. If HIV infected, the doctor or clinic providing care can advise you. If potentially exposed, ask your doctor about pre- or post-exposure prophylaxis; or google PEP and PrEP.
