Probably not measure: Cigarette smoke affects the lungs, bladder, heart and blood vessels. It might cause some subtle brain damage but the brain has significant barriers to toxins and so the effect if any is probably close to unmeasurable. The toxic effects of smoking are so obvious that quitting is the only rational pathway.
