Inspiratory chest pa: There are several possibilities. Intercostal muscle inflammation or rib fracture and/or costochondritis are three musculoskeletal possibilities. Inflammation of the pleura and/or pericardium and two other possibilities. There are more. See your doctor for evaluation.
