Hard coughing has caused me pain under my left breast & continues to my back. when i take a deep breath, move , or cough it's intense pain.what injured?

This results in them becoming sore and being uncomfortable when they are used to breathe. If not contraindicated you can use over the counter analgesics like Ibuprofen or acetominophen and that usually helps until the coughing resolves.
