Pleurisy: Can be based on lung problem or simply INTERCOSTAL MUSCE Pull ( The small muscles in between the ribs) A chest x ray is in order and you should see your Primary Care Provider for the results of that film and appropriate treatment! Hope this helps! Dr Z
