A good schedule-: -would be 1 with cardio as well as lifting for at least 1 hr/day 3 days a week,with a day of light workouts or rest in between. If just starting get to a reputable health club & hook up with an AT-C and get 1 on 1 sessions to set up a program that fits your needs & abilities.
