2 Main ones: Free weight curls, either with dumbells or bar. Bar can be curling bar or straight. You may use a preacher's bench for isolation. Pull-ups (fingertips facing you). If you are looking for definition and isolation, the preacher's bench is good. If you are looking for dynamic muscle use (more practical), then free weight curls sitting or standing.Standing requires more core tightening to best isolate
