Better than pull ups: would B 2 do biceps curls. Find a weight that let's U complete 2sets of 20 curls but won't let U finish the 3rd set, once U can finish the 3rd set add weight so U can't. Another way 4 curls is back up against a door frame so U can't cheat, lift 2 a count of 4 on the way up and 2 down it will make a lighter weight very hard 2 complete 3 sets. Rest doing another muscle groups between set.
