Throat tightness: Hello. One of the most common causes of this sensation would be reflux. This could be sensed as heartburn or totally silent where you may not have any reflux symptoms at all. Post nasal drainage from allergies or another form of rhinitis could be to blame as well. See your ENT physician who can look in the back of your throat itch a scope. Good Luck.
