Likely unrelated..: But .... the endometriosis & sciatica are chronic problems & hopefully you have a strategy for dealing with those. Coughing up blood (hemoptysis) is most pressing concern..on "bicycle" makes more sense than "menstrual cycle." But there is a VERY RARE condition called catamenial (related to menses) hemoptysis in which endometriosis occurs in the LUNG! Needs prompt eval; mention this to doc.
